The Role We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and clinically savvy Case Manager to join our inpatient team. This is a fast-paced role specifically designed for a professional who thrives in a hospital or residential clinical setting. Unlike field based case management, this position is centered on the immediate, high-acuity needs of clients in the early stages of detox and short-term residential care. You will be the "glue" that holds the client's treatment episode together, managing everything from the clinical documentation to the delicate interpersonal work of keeping a client engaged when they feel like leaving. PM Core Responsibilities Treatment Planning & Clinical Integration:
Actively participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to develop and update individualized service plans.

Proven ability to provide "on-the-spot" crisis intervention and problem-solving.
