In this pivotal role, you will be the primary bridge between our providers' diagnostic recommendations and the patient's commitment to beginning their care journey. What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities Care Plan Consultations & Closing:

Present comprehensive, multi-disciplinary treatment plans developed by our medical team to new and prospective patients, converting initial evaluations into long-term committed care packages.

Financial Solutions & Sales Negotiations:

Clearly present financial investments, insurance coverage details, payment plans, and third-party financing options (e.g., CareCredit), overcoming objections with empathy and confidence.

Patient Intake & Case Management:

Guide new patients through the enrollment process from their first day of consultation through their complete care plan, ensuring high retention, compliance, and satisfaction.

Value-Based Education:

Educate patients on the long-term health and lifestyle benefits of our integrative physical medicine protocols, reinforcing the "why" behind their prescribed care.

Clinical Team Collaboration:

Partner closely with Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and administrative staff to ensure treatment recommendations are accurately structured and seamlessly executed.

Re-examinations & Retention:

Conduct mid-care progress reviews, present continuation-of-care recommendations, and re-sign patients to extended wellness or maintenance plans.

Metrics & Pipeline Tracking:

Track consultation conversion rates, care plan acceptances, and revenue metrics within our EMR and CRM systems to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications Experience:

2+ years of experience in consultative sales, treatment coordination, case management, or high-end service enrollment (experience in integrative health, chiropractic, med-spa, elective surgery, or medical sales is highly preferred).

Track Record:

Proven ability to present high-ticket service plans, overcome financial objections, and achieve consistent sales closing targets.

Empathy & Persuasion:

Outstanding active listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients on an emotional level while maintaining a structured sales process.

Financial Literacy:

Comfortable discussing payment options, treatment costs, and financing programs with confidence and clarity.
