The successful candidate will:

• Hold current LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure and Supervisor Certification.
• Develop working knowledge and provide leadership to programs to deliver life changing services to clients.
• Provide trauma informed crisis intervention to those with a history of trauma.
• Work in a collaborative environment with colleagues to ensure the best course of treatment is provided to clients.
• Provide individual and group therapeutic services to survivors.
• Develop programs and processes with evaluation methods included, to ensure positive outcomes for Survivors.
• Prepare reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the comprehensive range of Safenet Services programs, including the

Crisis Line, Shelter, Advocacy and Counseling Programs, Empowerment Program, Supervised Visitations and Exchanges, Parenting Classes, CHANGES:

Batterers Intervention Program, Protective Order Office, Volunteer Program, Second Impressions Resale Stores, and all associated funding sources and reporting requirements. Supervise and guide Safenet Programs to ensure effective delivery and adherence to standards. Prioritize responses to crises in the following order: crisis calls, walk-in domestic violence/sexual assault cases, shelter clients in crisis, and scheduled appointments. Provide crisis intervention counseling both in-person at Safenet facilities and via phone for Crisis Line callers and clients. Deliver client services, including walk-in crisis assessments, individual and group counseling, ensuring all necessary documentation meets programmatic standards. Facilitate therapeutic group meetings, completing evaluations and reports as required, including sessions during evenings or weekends as necessary. Apply trauma-informed counseling theories to ensure sensitive and effective support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for all individual and group counseling sessions. Assess and evaluate program outcomes for grant reporting and assist with funder and annual reports. Hold current licensure in Oklahoma (preferably LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). Promote professional development for yourself and team members through ongoing education and training opportunities. Participate in Intervention Team Meetings to collaborate on program strategies and improvements. Monitor and evaluate curriculum development, ensuring alignment with best practices. Stay informed on diagnoses according to the DSM V and DSM V-TR, along with ICD-10 Codes. Provide clinical supervision for license seekers and graduate interns. Establish and manage Counseling Treatment Teams as needed to enhance service delivery. Evaluate and analyze performance, developing improvement plans for direct service providers. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and assist with data collection as required. Attend workshops and conferences at the agency's request to enhance knowledge and skills. Maintain a positive working relationship with the Executive Director, providing regular updates on program and personnel matters. Other duties as assigned.

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
