About the Role We are seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services , a licensed Registered Nurse responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care across our home health regions. This role coordinates interdisciplinary care, supports clinical staff, and ensures compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. •This role will cover the Norman and Lawton offices•Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to field staff. Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, patients, and families. Conduct ongoing assessments and help develop patient plans of care. Ensure compliance with home health regulations and quality standards. Participate in the QAPI program and agency in-service training. Support staff competency evaluations and performance monitoring. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support reimbursement requirements. Participate in on-call rotation as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN). Current RN state license. Minimum 2 years of Home Health field RN experience Management experience preferred. Current CPR certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto liability insurance. Working Conditions In an office setting Requires flexibility, quick decision-making, and ability to manage stressful situations.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
