Moore, OK Schedule:
M - F 8 AM - 5 PM
We are seeking an experienced Therapy Services Manager to lead and oversee clinical programming within a behavioral health setting. This role is responsible for supervising therapy services, case management, patient education, discharge planning, and clinical staff while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and professional standards. Oversee individual, group, and family therapy services. Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities. Provide clinical supervision in accordance with licensure requirements. Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination. Review assessments, treatment plans, and clinical records for quality and compliance. Foster a positive, collaborative clinical culture. Provide direct clinical services as needed. Support communication and teamwork across departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Current state LMSW or LCSW licensure required; LCSW preferred . Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Three or more years of behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Skills Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory requirements. Crisis intervention and de-escalation skills. Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive care.
