POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees the provision of health services to residents at Grace Inspired Living (GIL). Responsible for the uniform provision of health services and day-to-day operations in GIL skilled nursing, personal care/assisted living, and memory support facilities along with our residential clinics. Drives high levels of engagement and satisfaction with GIL residents, families, and employees. Ensures facilities provide the highest quality service and care and performs in the top quartile of benchmarked group including 4+ star rating with Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services. This position will focus on whole person wellness, while delivering person-centered care. Responsible for regulatory compliance in all supervised areas and works with facility managers to secure highest possible ratings during annual surveys. The Director supervises a team that includes the Admissions Team, Directors of Nursing, Personal Care Administrators, Activities Directors, Infection Control Nurses, Wellness Nurses and Chaplains

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for a streamlined admissions process that is fully integrated for both campuses Daily operation of the Nursing Homes, Personal Care Facilities and Clinics Works with our Medical Director to implement policies, procedures and systems that ensure the highest quality of care Regularly rounds to ensure policies procedures and systems are followed as outlined above Responsible for developing and executing on the annual budget in all healthcare areas. This includes expense management and census goal fulfillment Works with the HR department to ensure we are fully staffed with qualified, capable, and compassionate team members Works as a liaison with team members to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Regularly surveys team members and develops improvement plans as necessary Regularly meets with residents and family members to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field.

Preferred:

Master's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Gerontology, or related field

Professional Membership, Licensures, Certifications:

Licensed NHA in Pennsylvania PC Administrators License/Certification a plus
