Training Wheels ABA is growing, and we're looking for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst's (BCBA) to join our Dripping Springs clinical team! Competitive Salary:
$80,000-$95,000 annually $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Monthly Billable Bonuses- Earn up to $10,000 additional per year — approximately 86% of our BCBAs earn a bonus each month 24 Paid Days Off Annually + an additional PTO day for each year of service Annual Longevity Bonuses — $250 per year of service, increasing with tenure Paid CEUs + ongoing training and professional development Clinical mentorship, peer consultation, and accessible leadership Opportunities for career growth and leadership development Dedicated Clinic Culture Leaders at each location who support our mission, foster team connection, and create engaging experiences through team events, celebrations, lunches, and themed days A Caseload Designed for Quality Care We believe BCBAs should have the time and resources to provide high-quality clinical care. Maximum caseload of 8 clients 30 billable hours per week Dedicated operations support with scheduling, authorizations, and parent communication Collaborative case consultation and peer support In-clinic and in-home service opportunities Stable caseloads supported by active client waitlists Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Our goal is to give you the support you need to be successful without feeling isolated or overextended. What You'll Do As a BCBA, you will: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians Analyze client data and make data-driven programming decisions Provide parent and caregiver training Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary team members Participate in case consultation, staff development, and clinical training About Training Wheels ABA Training Wheels ABA is a locally led, organically grown ABA provider serving families throughout the Austin area through clinic-based and in-home services. QUALIFICATIONS
An active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing. Hold and maintain applicable state-level credentialing for practicing BCBAs, if applicable. Experience supervising behavior intervention programs. Strong organizational and leadership skills Superior relationship-building and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history background check Satisfactory reference checks Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
