Join Our Team as a Part-Time Clinical Supervisor at Patrick Henry House Patrick Henry House is a residential substance use treatment facility located in Jetersville, Virginia, providing ASAM Level 3.1 services to adult men. We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and supervision to our clinical team. What You'll Do As our Clinical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Providing clinical supervision and oversight to our clinical team. Reviewing and signing off on clinical documentation, notes, treatment plans, and other clinical work as required. Supervising and supporting counselors and residents in counseling. Ensuring clinical services meet applicable regulatory and program requirements. Providing guidance and support to the clinical team as needed. Helping ensure high-quality substance use treatment services for our residents. What We're Looking For Candidates must: Hold an active Virginia LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license. Be a Virginia Board-approved supervisor qualified to supervise residents working toward licensure. Have experience providing clinical supervision and oversight. Have a strong understanding of substance use treatment and recovery. Have strong communication and leadership skills. Be comfortable reviewing and signing off on the work of our clinical team.
