Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Director to lead the clinical team at a men's residential addiction treatment program in Virginia . This is an excellent opportunity for an established clinical leader or an Assistant Clinical Director or Lead Therapist ready to take the next step in their career . The ideal candidate will be a Virginia-licensed LCSW or LPC with experience working with substance use disorders and a strong understanding of residential behavioral health treatment. Responsibilities Provide leadership, supervision, and support to therapists and clinical staff Oversee clinical programming, treatment planning, documentation, and quality of care Ensure services meet organizational, state, and regulatory standards Provide clinical supervision and guidance on complex cases Collaborate with medical, operations, admissions, and case management teams Support staff development, training, and clinical performance Promote a positive, accountable, and client-centered clinical culture Qualifications Active LCSW or LPC license in Virginia required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Experience working with substance use disorder/addiction populations Residential or inpatient behavioral health experience strongly preferred Prior leadership experience as a Clinical Director, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, or Lead Therapist preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and team leadership skills Assistant Clinical Directors and Lead Therapists looking to advance into a Clinical Director role are strongly encouraged to apply. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
