Patient Care Coordinator:
Schedule & Manage Appointments:
Coordinate patient visits efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations and minimizing wait times. Provide a
Warm Welcome:
Be the first point of contact, greeting patients with a friendly demeanor and assisting them with check-in and check-out.
Patient Communication:
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about treatments, insurance, and post-care instructions.
Insurance & Billing Support:
Verify patient dental benefits, explain coverage details, and assist with billing and payment processing.
Maintain Accurate Records:
Keep electronic health records (EHR) updated with patient details, treatment plans, and medical history. Collaborate with the
Clinical Team:
Work closely with our doctors and assistants to ensure seamless patient care and a high-quality experience.
Handle Administrative Tasks:
Manage office correspondence, maintain supplies, and ensure a well-organized front desk environment.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional Customer Service Skills:
A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.
Healthcare or Dental Experience Preferred:
Previous experience in a medical or dental setting is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
Strong Organizational & Communication Skills:
Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and provide clear and professional communication. Adaptabilty in
Fast-paced Environment:
Must be able to learn and work alongside rapidly changing schedules day-to-day.
Tech-Savvy & EHR Experience:
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and dental software is beneficial.
