JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions (for assigned clinic/center/location) including registration, medical records, AR charge entry, AP processing, physician and patient scheduling, incoming/outgoing mail and other office functions as required. Supervises the clinic/center staff, leads staff meetings and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling and disciplinary actions, and in Provider meetings with management.
EDUCATION
Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years' associated work experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Three years' experience in a health care clinic setting preferred. One year medical coding and billing experience preferred.
LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS BLS
(Basic Life Support) certification required.
