Patient Coordinator
•Dental Office Keystone Dental Partners Are you someone who loves helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team? Keystone Dental Partners is looking for a Patient Coordinator who can create an exceptional experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. This isn't just a traditional front-desk role. We're building a more collaborative approach to patient care by cross-training our Patient Coordinators in select clinical support responsibilities . You'll have the opportunity to learn more about the clinical side of dentistry, help patients throughout their visit, and work closely with both our front office and clinical teams. For select team members, there may also be an opportunity to receive comprehensive dental assistant training based on interest, practice needs, and demonstrated competency. What You'll Do Welcome patients and create a friendly, positive experience Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications Coordinate patient flow and help keep the daily schedule running efficiently Review treatment estimates, insurance coverage, and patient financial responsibilities Collect payments, copays, balances, and deposits Verify and update patient, insurance, and health information Assist with insurance verification and benefit confirmation Partner closely with doctors, dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members Participate in clinical cross-training to help support patients throughout their visit Assist with designated clinical tasks such as seating patients, room setup and turnover, sterilization, restocking, and other duties within your training and competency Support other areas of the practice when patient or workflow needs arise The clinical cross-training component is part of KDP's approach to creating greater continuity for patients while giving team members an opportunity to expand their skills. This is a benefit eligible position with hours of:

Off (or possible extra hours)

Base Pay:
$20
•25 per hour based on skill set and experience Health insurance available (company pays 50% of monthly premium!) Requirements:
What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous dental, medical, customer service, or front-office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting payments Willingness to learn and participate in clinical cross-training Team-oriented and willing to step in where needed Dental practice management software experience is a plus Reliable transportation and ability to support other KDP locations as needed Why Join KDP?
