- In this new role, you will be supporting Program Managers at the communities and being the Liason with the Area Manager. You will be managing the oversite of Payroll, KPIs, orienting new staff and scheduling.

Qualifications:
Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice Must meet Clinical Competency requirements Current CPR certification, preferred As a lead in the building, theProgram Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
