Work Schedule:

100% FTE. Day shift. Monday - Friday; hours ranging 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is a hybrid role. Working up to two days on-site per week, at a variety of locations based on project need. We are seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator to:

• Lead all implementation activities and identify the appropriate individuals and departments that need to be involved throughout the process
• Manage and track implementation timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
• Coordinate product and material samples, working closely with Materials Management and other operational teams
• Maintain direct communication and collaboration with CQVA, ensuring alignment and prompt problem resolution
• Lead the weekly Project Tracker Call providing status updates, identify risks, and drive action items to completion
• Support clinical implementation efforts, serve as a visible and accessible resource for clinical end users and serve as the primary point of contact for implementation-related questions and issue resolution

• Associate's Degree in business management, healthcare management, supply chain management or related field. Two years of experience related to this role may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below Required
• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or healthcare field Preferred Work Experience
• 3 years of relevant hospital/health care experience Required
• 3 years relevant leadership or coordination of teams, programs, quality improvement, analysis or operations Preferred
• Value analysis or supply chain experience Preferred
