JOB SUMMARY

Assists the Care Management Director with nursing leadership within, and management of, the Care Management Team, except for determining and exerting employee corrective action and corresponding activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Registered Nurse with an AD, BSN, master's degree, or doctoral degree Or Social Worker with a bachelor's degree in social work, master's degree, or Doctoral degree in Social work

Certifications/Licenses:

Registered Nurse with a license to practice in Wyoming. Or LCSW with a license to practice in

Wyoming Job Knowledge and Skills:

Five years' clinical experience Two years' experience in case management/utilization management preferred.
