Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Services Manager position. The Wellness Services Manager is a dual service role leading the operation of the Wellness Home Services Program, as well as providing social supportive services to residents residing in Independent Living (IL) and OakBridge Terrace (OBT). Accountable for the oversight and management of the Wellness Home Services Program operations, including the direct supervision of program team members. Maintains fiscal responsibility, leads outreach and marketing initiatives, ensures exceptional service delivery, and enforces strict adherence to policies and procedures. Supports the promotion of Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) services to IL and OBT residents.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, social services, or a related field Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in acute care, home health, or senior living setting Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within three months of employment) Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
