Support go-live readiness for healthcare IT system deployments across multiple locations by coordinating testing activities and validating system functionalities. Follow standardized test scripts, document test results, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems to technical teams for resolution. Retest devices and workflows after remediation, maintaining detailed records of testing outcomes. Assist in final preparation and handoff of open items into go-live processes, ensuring successful system implementation. High School / GED with four (4) years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role, OR Associate's degree with two (2) years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service role, OR Bachelor's degree and excellent computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Compensation:
