Position Summary The Audiology Assistant is an important part of our patient care team. This role supports our audiologists, assists patients with hearing aid care, helps keep the clinic running smoothly, and creates a comfortable, professional experience for patients and their families. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable with technology, and enjoys both patient interaction and hands-on problem solving. Prior hearing, dental, vision, medical office, or patient care experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Welcome patients with kindness, professionalism, and a helpful attitude Assist with hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, and simple repairs Prepare hearing devices, supplies, rooms, and materials for patient appointments Support audiologists during testing, fittings, follow-up appointments, and patient care Help patients and families understand basic hearing aid use, care, and maintenance Manage scheduling, phone calls, reminders, and follow-up communication Accurately update patient records in our electronic health system Help maintain clinic organization, supplies, equipment, and patient flow Work closely with the front office and clinical team to create an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For The best candidate for this position will be someone who is warm, reliable, professional, and eager to learn. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need to care about people, pay attention to details, and take ownership of your work.

Ideal qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent required Additional coursework, medical office experience, or patient care experience preferred Prior experience in hearing aid, dental, vision, healthcare, or patient-facing service preferred Friendly, approachable communication style Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Ability to stay organized in a busy clinical environment Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Team-focused mindset with a genuine desire to support both patients and coworkers What We Offer We offer more than just a job.
