ILEINI'S CARE is seeking reliable, compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As one of our team members you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and record vital signs and health metrics.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Be on time, as scheduled
• minimal call outs.

Skills:

• Experience in caregiving and patient care.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
• STRICT Punctuality and reliability
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring.
• Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs.
• Compassionate care for memory care patients.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and management.
• Understanding of senior care principles.
