ILEINI'S CARE is seeking reliable, compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As one of our team members you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within their homes.Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs and health metrics.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Be on time, as scheduled
- minimal call outs.
Skills:
- Experience in caregiving and patient care.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.
- STRICT Punctuality and reliability
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring.
- Competence in meal preparation for special dietary needs.
- Compassionate care for memory care patients.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and management.
