Position Overview:

We are seeking caring, reliable, and supportive individuals to assist our IDD residents with daily living tasks and help them thrive in a comfortable, home-like environment and to insure they have fun while living with us.

Requirements:

• Must be caring, supportive, and reliable
• Ability to pass a fingerprint background check
• Must be able to perform a two-person lift (up to 175 lbs)
• Physical exam and TB test required
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with hygiene, dressing, and other daily care needs
• Provide behavior redirection and support when necessary
• Teach and support independent living skills
• Perform household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing
• Administer daily medications
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments when needed
• Complete daily charting and documentation accurately

Schedule:

• Split between Graveyard and Split Shifts (Night shift differential included)

Expected Hours:

40 hours per week

• Other shifts (Split Shifts) {6a-9a
• {3p-8p}
