Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patient conditions, including vital signs and overall health status Administer medications and manage medical documentation in compliance with home healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards Help with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment Ensure compliance with all home health agency policies and home & community care standardsQualifications Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient safety protocols Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) required; First Aid certification is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical caregiving tasks effectively Excellent patient observation skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, end-of-life care, and hospice practices preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment Join us in delivering exceptional home healthcare that empowers individuals to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.
