Job Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Home Health Aide, where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance to individuals in their homes, supporting their health, safety, and daily living needs. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality care will help promote independence and enhance well-being for those you serve. Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patient conditions, including vital signs and overall health status Administer medications and manage medical documentation in compliance with home healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards Help with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment Ensure compliance with all home health agency policies and home & community care standardsQualifications Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient safety protocols Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) required; First Aid certification is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical caregiving tasks effectively Excellent patient observation skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, end-of-life care, and hospice practices preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment Join us in delivering exceptional home healthcare that empowers individuals to live comfortably and safely in their own homes.
