Full-time Build a Career in Aesthetics and Wellness MediSpa Maui is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Patient Care Assistant. You do not need to be a Medical Assistant or hold an MA certification to apply. We are happy to train the right person who has excellent people skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in patient care, aesthetics, and wellness. In this position, you will work closely with our medical providers while helping patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout every visit. What You'll Do Assist medical providers during patient visits, treatments, and procedures Welcome patients and prepare them for appointments Review and confirm patient information and medical history Document visit information in our electronic medical record Help educate patients about pre- and post-treatment instructions Prepare, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment Monitor and organize medical supplies and inventory Respond to routine calls from patients, pharmacies, and referring providers Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance Support the team wherever needed to keep the practice running smoothly Who We're Looking For A warm, polished, and professional approach to patient care Strong customer service and communication skills Confidence using computers, tablets, and web-based programs Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail Dependability, initiative, and reliable transportation The ability to stay calm, organized, and helpful in a busy environment A willingness to learn and follow established procedures and protocols An interest in aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, wellness, or healthcare Availability for rotating weekday and weekend shifts Must currently live on Maui Previous experience in a medical office, spa, hospitality, or customer service setting is helpful but not required.
