Whether assisting with daily activities or supporting community integration, your efforts will empower clients to live fulfilling lives. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, grooming, and hygiene Support residents in meal preparation, feeding, and nutrition management in accordance with care plans Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for changes in health status to ensure safety and well-being Administer medication following prescribed instructions while adhering to HIPAA regulations for privacy and confidentiality Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare standards Support clients during outings or appointments through personal transportation assistance and community engagement Qualifications Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism is advantageous Strong communication skills to interact compassionately with clients, families, and team members Familiarity with resident's rights, HIPAA compliance, and care plan implementation ensures quality support Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms lives! Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
