• Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and feeding
• Support daily activities to help maintain dignity and independence
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
• Follow care plans developed by the Clinical Manager and RN team
• Maintain infection control and proper techniques in the home Qualifications
• Current HHA certification or CNA license in Idaho
• At least 1 year of experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
• Compassion, patience, and reliability are essential
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation
• Pay per visit: $18.50
• 22.50 per visit
