Provide patient observation and monitor changes in condition, reporting any concerns promptly to healthcare professionals. Maintain cleanliness of the home environment through light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to promote a safe living space. Skills Proven experience working as a home care aide or in assisted living, nursing home, or hospice settings. Familiarity with care plans, resident's rights, HIPAA compliance, manual handling techniques, and patient transfer methods. Excellent communication skills in Arabic; ability to connect empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities; supporting senior care needs is highly valued.
