Job Description

As a Direct Support Professional - DSP - you can earn a sign-on bonus and a higher starting wage with increases for training & shift differentials!
WEEKENDS NEEDED
part and full time needed. Do you have the skills to be a DSP / Caregiver? Qualified applicants must have the following:
  • Desire, compassion and ability to help individuals intellectual disabilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to use a desktop computer effectively for documentation and recordkeeping
Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:
  • Caregiver to provide care, support, and supervision to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
  • Support individuals with self-care, social and independent living skills, recreation and leisure activities.
  • Perform household chores, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
  • Encourage independence, up to a person's abilities.
The DSP, Direct Support Professional position for second shift, part time, and weekends as needed. We'd love for you to join our team as a DSP!
