Job Description

As a Direct Support Professional - DSP - you can earn a sign-on bonus and a higher starting wage with increases for training & shift differentials!

WEEKENDS NEEDED

part and full time needed. Do you have the skills to be a DSP / Caregiver? Qualified applicants must have the following:

Desire, compassion and ability to help individuals intellectual disabilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must be able to communicate in English
Must be able to pass a background check
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to use a desktop computer effectively for documentation and recordkeeping

Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:

Caregiver to provide care, support, and supervision to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
Support individuals with self-care, social and independent living skills, recreation and leisure activities.
Perform household chores, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
Encourage independence, up to a person's abilities.
