As a Direct Support Professional - DSP - you can earn a sign-on bonus and a higher starting wage with increases for training & shift differentials!
WEEKENDS NEEDED
part and full time needed. Do you have the skills to be a DSP / Caregiver? Qualified applicants must have the following:- Desire, compassion and ability to help individuals intellectual disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to use a desktop computer effectively for documentation and recordkeeping
Direct Support Professional Responsibilities:
- Caregiver to provide care, support, and supervision to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting.
- Support individuals with self-care, social and independent living skills, recreation and leisure activities.
- Perform household chores, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
- Encourage independence, up to a person's abilities.
