• Opportunity to work 40+ hours per week with flexible availability What You'll Do As a Caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll provide compassionate one-on-one care that helps seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Meal planning and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Fall prevention and client safety
• Monitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Documenting care provided according to agency policies
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Delivering care with dignity, compassion, and professionalism Qualifications We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others. Caregiver
• At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred OR Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Active Indiana Home Health Aide Certification/License Additional Requirements
• Current CPR Certification or willingness to obtain (we can assist)
• Negative TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
