Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and mobility assistance Assisting clients with ambulation, transfers, and exercises as directed by the care plan Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment Grocery shopping and running approved errands Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Assisting clients in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment Observing and promptly reporting changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse Accurately documenting the care and services provided Building trusting relationships with clients and their families Working collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality care What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program Compassionate, dependable, and professional individuals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and insured vehicle Ability to work independently while following an individualized care plan Previous home care experience is a plus but not required Our Commitment to Reliable Care Our clients depend on consistent, dependable Home Health Aides .
