Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals to support adults living in Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) residential homes throughout the Pioneer Valley area. These positions offer a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a supportive, lower-acuity residential environment.

16 Locations Northampton, MA Southampton, MA Westfield, MA About the Program These residential ABI homes support adults who are generally independent and require lower levels of care than traditional ABI programs. Program Highlights 4 residents per home Lower-acuity care environment Residents maintain a high level of independence Some residents attend day programs No on-site nursing No wound care or complex medical needs Responsibilities DSPs may assist residents with: Activities of daily living (ADLs) Bathing and dressing assistance Transfers and mobility support Medication administration (MAP-certified staff only) Meal preparation and cooking Household tasks and cleaning Community outings and engagement Promoting independence and quality of life Staffing & Float Expectations Homes are typically staffed with two team members. Safe staffing ratios can be as low as 1:4 due to resident independence. Staff may occasionally float between the three Pioneer Valley locations. Floating outside of the Pioneer Valley region is not required. Qualifications DSP experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation required Comfortable floating between locations if needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities Available Shifts Northampton, MA (Glendale Road) 7:00 AM
