Job Description

Direct Support Professional III Pay:
$25/hour-weekday shifts. $27/hour-weekend shifts (Sat & Sun)
Schedule:
Sunday 1pm-6pm, Monday 3:15pm-7:15pm and Tuesday 3:15pm-7:15pm Join Seven Hills Foundation as a Direct Support Professional providing one-to-one support in a private home . In this role, you will help individuals with disabilities build independence, engage in meaningful activities, and maintain a safe and supportive home environment while partnering with their caregivers.

What You'll Do:
Provide person-centered support in a private home and the community Implement Individual Support Plans, behavior supports, and therapeutic routines Assist with life skills, household responsibilities, and community activities Coordinate medical appointments and support overall health and wellness Collaborate with families, caregivers, clinicians, and team members Document services and maintain confidential records in accordance with agency standards High school diploma/GED/HiSET required Standard driver's license - class C or class D 1 - 3 years of experience in direct support, disability services, or related areas
