In this role, you will assist patients with daily living activities, promote their independence, and ensure their comfort and safety in their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support clients with mobility and transferring between bed, wheelchair, and other positions. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to medical staff or family members. Help with light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Follow care plans and instructions provided by nursing staff or physicians. Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress. Requirements Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or related caregiving role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
