Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and ensure the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home care or hospice care
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals (if licensed Med Tech)
• Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and safety of clients
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary

Skills:

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Experience in nursing or direct patient care is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with hospice care practices and principles
• Proficient in vital sign monitoring
• Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
