Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines Facilitate engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and community involvement Operate standard passenger cars safely for client outings or appointments while adhering to traffic laws and safety procedures Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, incidents, and care provided in compliance with agency policies and resident rights Requirements Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is a plus Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; ongoing training will be provided if needed Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Valid driver's license with experience operating a standard passenger car; clean driving record preferred Join us in making a positive impact!
