Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flexible Scheduling Available We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities in the Bethlehem area. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping others achieve greater independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence
• Accompany clients to community activities, appointments, and social outings
• Monitor and document client progress and wellbeing
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Encourage participation in recreational and life skills activities
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous direct care, caregiving, home health, or related experience is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screenings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed
