Direct Support Professional
Job Description
Looking for someone highly motivated and creative who is interested in direct support work with Adult individuals with Autism/IDD. Focus Behavioral Health is an amazing company that helps individuals reach their fullest potential. Focus is has a lax non strict dress code, friendly management, and fun working environment! You'd be assisting one of two adult males (with IDD) with daily living. Such as Showering, preparing simple meals, taking them into the community, and helping them reach certain goals so they can become more independent. Both individuals have aggressive (sometimes physical) behaviors. However, both individuals are very friendly and fun to work with. They both love to joke around with their staff and enjoy going into the community to walk, shop, eat, and find fun activities to pass the time. Position is part time to full time with other hours available with different individuals in the company. Working 30 hours or more with Focus qualifies you for benefits.

Sundays:
6am-1pm, 1pm-8pm, 1pm-8pm
Mondays:
6am-1pm, 1pm-8pm
Wednesdays:
1pm-8pm
Thursdays:
6am-1pm
Fridays:
6am-1pm, 1pm-8pm
Saturday:
6am-1pm, 1pm-8pm
Requirements:
Drivers License Reliable transportation to/from work Basic Computer literacy Patience Willingness to help individuals achieve their goals Background check will be completed
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
