What You'll Do As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing: Personal care assistance Companionship and emotional support Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Assistance with daily activities Transportation and errands (when applicable) What We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Are compassionate, patient, and reliable Treat others with dignity and respect Show up when they say they will Have strong communication skills Can work independently Have a genuine desire to help others Previous experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, caregiver, or home health aide is helpful, but not required.
