Wesbury is looking for caring and dependable Aides to join our Personal Care team at Cribbs Residential Center! These positions are a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others and wants meaningful, hands-on work with older adults.

Day Shift Every Other Weekend What You'll Do:

Our CNAs/PCAs provide hands-on support to help residents remain clean, safe and comfortable while encouraging as much independence as possible. You'll assist residents with personal care, meals, mobility, responding to call bells and other daily needs while building trusting relationships and providing care with compassion and kindness.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED Completion of a state-approved CNA program or PCA course/training CPR/BLS and First Aid certification Strong communication and organizational skills Personal Care/Assisted Living experience is helpful, but not required If you have a heart for helping others, we'd love to have you on our team!
