Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences
Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety precautions
