Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
