We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support daily manufacturing operations. This is an entry-level role requiring strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow structured processes in a fast-paced environment. This position may include day or night shift scheduling based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute production processes in accordance with SOPs with high familiarity with batch records, production logs, batching, mixing and quality documentation Precision/results driven Maintain a clean and organized workspace aligned with cGMP standards Comfortable working around chemicals, powders, oils, and production equipment while following PPE and safety requirements Understanding of sanitation, contamination prevention, and clean-room style practices Support batch preparation, equipment setup, and basic operation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining company quality standards Communicate effectively and report any deviations or issues immediately

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in food manufacturing, beverage manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and or hemp/cannabis industries Experience in a cGMP/ISO Certified, GMP, etc. facility Math and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
