Essential Functions- Provide support for the Welding Technology program: lab set-up, student supervision, and enforcement of safety procedures. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Supervise tool room organization as well as all special tools and hand tools. Build instructional training aids and prepare instructional materials. Maintain inventory of parts, lab consumables, classroom and lab supplies. Order, receive, check in, and put away consumable instructional supply inventory. Be aware of and be able to always maintain applicable shop and lab safety standards. Coordinate logistics of scheduling equipment for labs and transportation of equipment as needed between main campus and other locations the program is offered. Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position. Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures, and practices.
