Job Description
Job Overview Our Lab Analysts conduct precise chemical and physical tests to ensure quality control. Preparing samples for testing, operating lab equipment, documenting results, and maintaining equipment safety standards. Key Responsibilities Sample Testing
- Perform, analyze and interpret routine and specialized laboratory tests. Data Management
- Record and report data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs. Monitor daily SPC charts to ensure all instruments are reporting accurate results Communication
- Communicate with operators and quality management on any results that fall outside of the products' specifications Equipment Maintenance
- Clean and troubleshoot lab instrumentation to ensure proper functioning Safety
- Adhere to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Perform daily housekeeping duties. Collaboration
- Work with operators and upper management to support production Required Skills and Qualifications Education
- Associates degree or higher in Chemical Laboratory Technology or a related science field. Experience
- 1-2 years of prior lab experience preferred in lieu of a degree Technical Skills
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining lab equipment Analytical Skills
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis abilities Communication
