ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares Processed samples for accelerated age testing
• Reviews process batch formulations to determine correct test method/ Post Cure time
• Performs Quality Testing using designed methods
• Performs data entry for testing results
• Evaluates testing capabilities/ assigns Certification of Analysis
• Assists in corrective action problem solving
• Perform Data analysis for specification review
• Assist R&D (Italy) in Trial qualification
• Assist the Quality Manager with special projects

Operations Requirements:

• Must gain knowledge and understanding of our (ERP) Fluentis Operating System. o TDS/Control Plan Initialization
• Must Understand the chemicals, and formulations that we use
• Must Understand the specific product testing limits, and capabilities
• Performs Lab Preliminary testing during product/Trial material reviews
• Completes C of A, and daily data entry to meet customer requirements
• Must communicate appropriately/Carefully
• Must be willing to accept change, or be willing to challenge the current processes for continuous improvements
• Must be able to participate in a Team atmosphere with a coworker in achieving departmental goals
• Must understand all testing equipment processes

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma
• Job specific experience
• Hazcom/PPE training
• Problem Solving Methods (DIMAC/5Why/A3)

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Microsoft suite Experience with Testing/and Data Analysis

Fast Pace Work Environment:

• Lab office setting
• Works with Production Associates for on-line testing
• Works with Operations team on problem solving/Corrective Actions
• Interacts with Italian R&D departments on trial formulations, and problem solving

Pay:

From $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
