Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lab Technician (Experience Preferred) to join our dynamic research and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control assessments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analysis skills, meticulous attention to detail. Duties Perform quality control assessments on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Support research & development. Assist in the validation of laboratory methods and participate in audits or inspections as required. Collaborate with team to optimize laboratory techniques and improve overall workflow efficiency. Monitor laboratory environment conditions and maintain proper documentation of all activities. Contribute to research projects by analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings. Qualifications Prefer some background in biology, chemistry, or related scientific discipline. Proven experience working in an industrial laboratory setting with knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques (Preferred) Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data entry and management. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately. Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly, work with a team as a Lab Technician.

Pay:

$19.99 - $20.00 per hour
