Job Description
Borregaard USA has an opening at its Rothschild, Wisconsin manufacturing facility for a full-time Lab Technician in the QC department. The primary responsibilities for this position include: Analyze samples of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as required for production purposes Compare analytical results against product specifications to determine quality status Maintain inventory of retained samples and run supplemental testing when needed Generate certificates of analysis to meet customer requests Inspect and calibrate analytical equipment at prescribed intervals Maintain records of all test results Collect samples of plant effluent and sanitary sewer for testing Assist with efforts to maintain ISO 9001 and FSMA registrations Prepare samples for customer sampling Work closely within a multifaceted, cross-functional team to communicate results, support production needs and ensure quality standards are met.
