Position Summary:

This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating care plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide and oversee comprehensive patient care Supervise and direct nursing assistants and unit staff Ensure accurate charting, medication administration, and care documentation Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, weights, and treatment plans Maintain confidentiality and professional standards Participate in staff training, orientation, and committee activities Review narcotic records and required clinical documentation Assist in leadership duties as assigned, including covering for the Director of Nursing when needed
