  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team.
Patient condition:
Cerberal Palsey, has RNS
  • Responsive Neurostimulation, device for seizure management , Ambulatory but requries hand on assistance with mobility and activities of daily living, eats by mouth ( no feeding tube) Toilet indepdently at times but may experience incontinences during episodes.
As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate nursing services, performing assessments, administering medications and treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving health outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for our diverse patient population. Patient has very helpful family and very supportive with beautiful ocean view. Patient loves drawing, arts and crafts and other creative activities. Responsibilities Cerebral Palsey, has RNS

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Monitor patients' conditions closely, including airway management, ventilator support, pain management, and post-operative care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA policies while ensuring confidentiality of all patient information. Educate patients and their families on health coaching topics such as medication administration, nutrition, discharge planning, and disease management strategies. Experience Private Duty Nursing monitor for 8 hour , 3x a week or more. Strong understanding of long-term care regulations alongside skills in case management and discharge planning to ensure seamless patient transitions across settings.
